Parkland Isles Location

So Parkland Isles is located just on the north side of Holmberg Road and Coral Ridge Drive. The main entrance is off of Coral Ridge directly across from the Heron Bay South entrance. There's actually two entrances, one on Coral Ridge, which is where everyone can get in. There's another one off of Pine Island, but that one's for residents only.

Parkland Isles Schools

As always, schools are one of the main attractions here in Parkland, besides the beautiful suburban lifestyle that you really get here. So this neighborhood is zoned for all the best schools in Parkland and in Broward County such as Heron Heights Elementary, Westglades Middle, and Stoneman Douglas Heigh School.

The home is actually walking distance to both Westglades Middle and Stoneman Douglas High School so you will find a lot of the neighborhood kids that are a little bit older will actually walk to school, which is a great feature of the community.

Parkland Isles Homeowners Association and Amenities

The association fee is about $275 a month which makes it one of the most reasonably priced HOAs in Parkland for getting a man guard gate. There's two entrances, one of them has a man guard gate and the other is for residents only. So with the community amenities you get the big community clubhouse, maybe not as big as some of the other ones in Parkland, but you do have a good size community clubhouse. There's also a tennis court, a very nice pool, a billiards room, an exercise room, and a room that you can rent out for parties.

There's really everything that you could want for an HOA community here on a slightly scaled down version compared to some of the more expensive associations that you're paying for in Parkland. But you really do get everything that you could want in an HOA right here in Parkland Isles.

Parkland Isles Real Estate Market

There's four distinct sections of this neighborhood, and you get the traditional Spanish, Mediterranean, South Florida style homes that you see everywhere. Each of the sections have a couple different floor plans. They range between sizes and typically you're gonna see between 2,000 to about 4,500 square foot homes, depending on which section that you're in, with two and three car garages. Most of the homes here are one story with the occasional two story house.

You really do get a nice variety of types and sizes of homes in the neighborhood, and it's a great price point for Parkland. It's not the most expensive neighborhood by any means. It's much closer to the median. So you get really good value being in this neighborhood compared to some of the more high end luxury homes. And you still get all the amenities and everything that you could ever want in Parkland. It's really is a great value and an excellent community that I know you're gonna love.
